Mothership console skins

Ten looks for one Warden's soundtrack console, ranked best first. Each is a working page: open one and switch between its states. Visual studies only, so nothing plays sound.

  1. Module cover skin, built by Opus 5.5, showing the Survey scene

    01 ยท Recommended

    Module cover Opus 5.5

Strongest thumbnail and the most unmistakably Mothership: a module cover with a flooding scene spot color, the band name as an enormous condensed title and a halftone empty-suit hero. The phone page is the best-designed of the ten (cover on top, action sticker, Fade/Cut dock). Violence floods the cover blood red with a DECOMPRESSION stamp; silence and firing states read at 320 px.

  2. Bridge hardware skin, built by Opus 5.5, showing the Survey scene

    02

    Bridge hardware Opus 5.5

The most tactile and finished-looking object: painted-steel bulkhead, gated throttle with band windows, an amber mushroom sound-action button, VU meters and a hinged Cut lid. Red emergency lighting for Violence and a dead-grey STANDBY silence. Slightly less specific to Mothership's print language than the cover.

  3. Emergency placard skin, built by Opus 5.5, showing the Survey scene

    03

    Emergency placard Opus 5.5

A bold laminated airlock placard: alert-condition ladder, original ISO-style pictograms that change per condition, a whole-card CONDITION RED flip and an ALL CLEAR silence. Very strong at thumbnail; the right-hand column is dense on desktop.

  4. Deck plan skin, built by Opus 5.5, showing the Survey scene

    04

    Deck plan Opus 5.5

The most original idea executed well: the ship's deck plan is the interface (numbered compartments, red live route, cutaway lift as intensity). Combat's emergency hatching is excellent; at 320 px it is busier than the top three.

  5. Module cover skin, built by GPT-6.1 Sol, showing the Survey scene

    05

    Module cover GPT-6.1 Sol

Same module-cover direction, executed with inked original spacecraft art and enormous band titles; strong teal hero and red Firefight. Less refined phone composition than the Opus 5.5 cover.

  6. Operations manual skin, built by Opus 5.5, showing the Survey scene

    06

    Operations manual Opus 5.5

The most faithful Warden's-book spread: black header bars, numbered sections, roll-table intensity and one hazard-yellow highlight. Reads as Mothership instantly; quieter as a thumbnail.

  7. Deck plan skin, built by GPT-6.1 Sol, showing the Survey scene

    07

    Deck plan GPT-6.1 Sol

Clean printed module map with nine ship systems placed on the plan, a cross-section lift and a maroon combat page. Well finished; less focal punch than the Opus 5.5 deck plan.

  8. Emergency placard skin, built by GPT-6.1 Sol, showing the Survey scene

    08

    Emergency placard GPT-6.1 Sol

A calmer emergency placard with a large orange warning sign as hero and an excellent ALL CLEAR silent checklist. Less dramatic than the Opus 5.5 placard.

  9. Operations manual skin, built by GPT-6.1 Sol, showing the Survey scene

    09

    Operations manual GPT-6.1 Sol

Operations-manual spread with a photographic astronaut plate and a yellow live row; solid and usable, less distinctive at thumbnail size.

  10. Bridge hardware skin, built by GPT-6.1 Sol, showing the Survey scene

    10

    Bridge hardware GPT-6.1 Sol

Bridge-hardware panel with throttle, mushroom, VU and toggles; well organized, but the khaki palette is muted and the thumbnail is the quietest of the ten.
